TRAVEL PREPARATION DAY

We'll start our journey to Pune by train.

Our trek captains will keep you engaged with a fun ice breaker session, a great way to bond with your fellow trekkers.

Prepare yourself by providing enough sleep for the adventure in waiting.

AADRAI JUNGLE TREK & KALLU WATER FALLS

After reaching Pune you'll be transferred to our private vehicle.

After having breakfast you'll start to TREK START POINT.

With all instructions provided so far, under the supervision of our Trek Captain, start the trek which is (07-kms) from the trek starting point.

Visit Aadhrai jungle trek and Kallu Waterfalls upon completion of it we'll reach homestay.

EXPLORE KEDARESHWAR CAVES & SAPTATIRTHA PUSHKARNI

Wake up before the rooster and get ready for an exhilarating hiking adventure as we embark on a journey to the majestic Kedareswar Caves.

Exploring Harishchandragad Fort, Kedareshwar Caves, Saptatirtha Pushkarni are key highlights of this trek.

After having breakfast at our homestays we'll start descending to base village.

Later in the evening, reach the base village and explore the scenic place with mountains all around. If time permits and if road is open, we will visit Malshej Ghat after which we'll reach the homestay.

RETURN TO PUNE

We'll pack our bags and we'll start to the railway station where your tickets are already reserved.

REACHING YOUR SWEET HOME - END OF THE TRIP

Farewell to the majestic peaks that witnessed our journey, and farewell to the remarkable souls who made this trek an unforgettable experience.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If trains or flights are cancelled, the initial amount is non-refundable, and any refund received from the transportation provider will be reimbursed.
The refund amount, as applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.

SAFETY & ITINERARY ADJUSTMENTS

  • Ensuring your safety is our top priority at Hodophile Geo Holidays. We retain the right to adjust the itinerary and transportation mode for all or part of the trip, driven by factors such as union concerns, government advisories, and restrictions.
  • Should there be changes to the itinerary or transport, travellers are expected to collaborate with our team and avoid causing disruptions that could impact the experience for fellow travellers negatively.
  • Hodophile Geo Holidays reserves the authority to conclude the trip for any traveller and their group due to non-cooperation or disruptive behaviour. In such cases, the entire amount paid will be forfeited.

  • Adjustments to your reserved tour may be necessary due to uncontrollable circumstances, potentially preventing us from fulfilling the tour as initially agreed.
  • "Circumstances beyond our control" refer to unforeseeable and unavoidable events, despite our diligent efforts to exercise reasonable care.
  • These circumstances encompass events such as war, airport closures, epidemics, natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions, Bandhs, national emergencies, and more.
  • We understand the critical importance of providing an exceptional travel experience and commit to making every effort to minimise disruptions, ensuring your journey remains enjoyable even in the face of such challenges.
