CANCELLATION POLICY

There will be no refund for the initial booking amount in the event of any cancellations. If cancellations are made:

• 30 days before the trip start date, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 15-30 days before the trip start date, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• Within 0-15 days before the trip start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In cases of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions leading to activity cancellations, the operator will strive to offer an alternative feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the trip date cannot be adjusted or refunded. For rescheduling requests made prior to 30 days, no cancellation charges apply for domestic trips.

However, the internet is an ever evolving medium. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.
